What happens to my price after the beta?
Beta members get 20% off for their first 6 months. The tiers on this page are beta pricing — final plans and limits may be adjusted before general availability, and we'll tell beta members before anything about their plan changes.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up when your asset count or work-order volume grows, or move down if it shrinks. Upgrades take effect right away, and there's no penalty for changing.
What counts as an asset or a space?
An asset is a piece of equipment you track — a rooftop unit, a boiler, a forklift, a projector. A space is a room or area on your floor plans. Both count toward the same plan cap. Most single-building organizations fit comfortably in Starter or Pro.
Do you ever charge per user?
No — never. Every plan includes unlimited users, and the people who report problems through room or asset QR codes don't even need an account. Inviting your whole team is the point, not an upsell.
How do AI credits work?
