Do you support meter-based PM triggers (hours, cycles)?
Not yet — WiseHQ's preventive maintenance is calendar-based today. If your PM program runs on runtime hours or cycle counts, we're not there yet, and we'd rather tell you that now. Calendar-based schedules with real work orders and time-stamped completions cover most plants graduating from paper or Excel.
Will the records hold up in an ISO or OSHA audit?
Every PM and work-order completion is time-stamped, attributable to a person, and can carry photos and documents. When the auditor asks for twelve months of maintenance records on a machine, you scan its QR and the history is there — organized, not reconstructed from a binder.
How does pricing compare to per-user CMMS platforms?

We run everything on spreadsheets today. What does getting started look like?
You bring your asset list and PM schedule in from your spreadsheets, tag machines with QR codes as you go, and upload the manuals you have. Most plants start with their most critical line and expand from there — there's no months-long implementation project.
Can operators report faults without accounts?
