Export your data before you cancel

This is the one thing switchers get burned by — plan the export first, and the move is painless.

Export first — before you cancel. eSPACE's terms don't provide a post-termination grace period for retrieving your account content, so pull your data while your subscription is still active.

Report Builder → Excel, on every tier. Export your work orders, events, and equipment lists to spreadsheets from eSPACE's own Report Builder — no special plan required.

On higher tiers, use the API for a fuller export. eSPACE's API access (available on its upper plans) can pull a more complete record set than the spreadsheet reports.

We import it with you. Bring the spreadsheets to your beta onboarding and we'll help load your buildings, assets, schedules, and open work into WiseHQ — most churches are running in a weekend.

How long does switching actually take?
Most churches are productive in the first weekend: buildings and rooms first, then assets and schedules. Your history imports as you go — it doesn't have to be perfect before people start reporting problems.
What can WiseHQ import from my eSPACE exports?
Equipment and asset lists, maintenance schedules, open and historical work orders, and your spaces — from the Excel files eSPACE's Report Builder produces. We map the columns with you during onboarding.
Can we run WiseHQ and eSPACE in parallel for a while?
Yes, and we recommend it: keep eSPACE active until your export is verified in WiseHQ, run a week or two side by side, then cancel. Never cancel first — export first.
What happens to our event and room schedules?
Rooms and recurring events rebuild quickly in WiseHQ's facility calendar, and Google Calendar sync (read-only pull) can bring your existing calendar alongside while you transition.
Is WiseHQ really cheaper?
