What happens to my price after the beta?
Beta members get 20% off for the duration of the beta. The tiers on this page are beta pricing — final plans and limits may be adjusted before general availability, and we'll tell beta members before anything about their plan changes.
Can I pay annually?
Yes — annual billing saves 15% on every plan and on storage add-ons (Ultimate is billed annually, one year at a time): $805/yr for Starter, $1,519 for Pro, $2,029 for Premium, $3,049 for Ultimate. During the beta, the 20% beta discount applies on top.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up when your asset count or work-order volume grows, or move down if it shrinks. Upgrades take effect right away, and there's no penalty for changing.
What counts as an asset or a space?
An asset is a piece of equipment you track — a rooftop unit, a boiler, a forklift, a projector. A space is a room or area on your floor plans. Both count toward the same plan cap. Most single-building organizations fit comfortably in Starter or Pro.
What counts as a location?
A location is a distinct street address — a campus. Every building at that address is included, however many there are, and buildings are unlimited on every plan. A school with six buildings on one campus is one location. A church with a main campus and a second site across town is two.
Do you ever charge per user?
No — never. Every plan includes unlimited users, and the people who report problems through room or asset QR codes don't even need an account. Inviting your whole team is the point, not an upsell.
How do AI credits work?
Every plan includes a generous monthly AI credit allowance sized to its tier, with Ultimate carrying the highest allowance. Your usage is always visible in the app, and you can add more credits anytime — no surprise bills.
How does the free trial work?
14 days free with no card to start. To keep going, add a card and choose monthly or annual; if you don't, your account becomes read-only — nothing is deleted.
Is there a free tier?
No — there's no free tier. Instead, beta members get 20% off every plan for the duration of the beta, with full access to the whole platform from day one.
